Leave The Red Cow and continue east alond Beam Street. Turn L into Barony Road (A51) and continue to RAB on Nantwich by-pass. Take 2nd exit (Main Raod) B5074. At Church Minshull bear R (6 miles) onto Cross Lane. At T turn L into Brookhouse Lane and at T with A530, bear L. Continue into Middlewich turning L ont A54 (Chester Rd) and shortly R onto A530 (Croxton Lane).
Keep on A530, crossing A556 (Northwich bypass) into King Street. At T with Chester Way / MAnchester Road, turn R into Lostock Gralam and shortly L ont A559 (Hall Lane). Take R turn into Church Street (B5391) into Higher Wincham and in Pickmere turn L into Park Lane. Turn R into Frog Lane (19 miles) and at T turn L into Budworth Road. At Bate Heath turn R into Cann Lane following Local Cycle Route 70 crossing M6 . At A50, turn L then immediately R into High Legh on B5159 (25 miles) crossing M56. At X with A56, carry straight on onto B5159 and at T with A6144, turn R into Partington (30 miles).
In Carrington, turn L onto B5158 Flixton Road (32 miles) and through Flixton. At RAB wtih M60, carry straight onto Trafford Boulevard with the Trafford Centre (ugh!) on R. At 2nd RAB take 1st exit into Redclyffe Road (B5211) becomes Barton Road, then Worsley Road. At RAB at J13 of M60, (take great care!) take 2nd exit and at next RAB take 3rd exit onto A575 (Walkden Road). At next RAB cross A580 and immediately after RAB turn L into Kingsway and shortly R into Broadway. At T with Hilton Lane, turn L, cross B5232 (Bridgewater Road) into Hilton LAne then immediately R into Parsonage Road. Take 3rd R turn (Bickershaw Drive) then 2nd R (Kingsley Drive) and say hello to Enid & David. (41 miles).
