Leave The First Hurdle and continue NW along Upper Church Street. Turn L into High Street and take R turn into B4293 (Welsh Street).
Take R turn into A466 oast racecourse and at St. Arvan's leave A466 bearing L into Devauden Road (2.5 miles). Turn R (4.25 miles) towards Tintern Cross and Parkhouse. At T turn L (9 miles) into Trelech, joining B4293. Continue along B4293 into Monmouth (15 miles).
Leave Monmouth on the A466 heading N towards Hereford. At King's Thorn (27 miles) turn L ont A49 into Hereford (32 miles) . After RAB with A465 take old road across Wye (St. Martin's Street) then Gwynne Street, and High Street. Cross A438 onto Commercial Road (A465) and carry on to RAB (34.5 miles).
At RAB take 2nd exit on unclassified road towards Shelwick Green and Sutton St. Nicholas. At X in Sutton St. Nicholas (37 miles) SO through Bodenham Moor (40 miles). After Bodenham Moor, turn L at T (A 417) into Hope under Dinmore and join A49 briefly taking 1st exit at RAB (B4361) into Leominster (47 miles).
